Emotional abuse, unlike physical abuse, is not visible.

However, the constant berating by a spouse, parent, friend or workplace colleague, can leave us with hurts that damage our self-esteem, leaving us with a sense of hopelessness, self-blame, feelings of failure or worthlessness and sometimes, self-destructive.

Eventually, the abused losses all sense of self and all remnants of personal value.

In the long term, it damages relationship and breakdown in families. It destroys marriages.

Having the courage to stop this abuse is the first step to self-esteem and self-love.

Learn to handle emotional abuse with dignity and restore marriages, yourself and relationship.

Choose to live free from emotional abuse.

Anyone who feels they are under control, fearful of another in a relationship and realise the need to stand up for themselves.

Working adults, human resources professionals, parents, caregivers. professionals who work with children, social workers, teachers, and people in ministry; working with vulnerable individuals and/or groups.

About the Trainer

Jo Oh, Master of Social Science (Counselling), a counsellor, psychotherapist , course designer (DACE) , ACTA (WDA) trainer and facilitator with experience in helping individuals and families overcome emotional challenges and difficult life circumstances.
Ms Oh conducts courses and workshops on psycho-social and emotional well-being for individuals and organizations’ staff, and also counselling caregivers in managing their loved ones. She volunteered as a counsellor at Breast Cancer Foundation.

3. Registrations received after seats are filled will be returned with regrets.

4. Registration will be taken as confirmed upon receipt of payment.

5. No refund of fees for participant cancellations including medical leave but substitutions
are allowed with written request to organizer at least two working days before the
course commences.
